What we do

We are experienced professionals who understand the commercial dynamics and know the law that surrounds complex refinancings and other special situations and who are independent and able to take a leadership role in creating or preserving value.

We typically serve as independent directors either before or following an event where stakeholders desire that the board and governance be strengthened to ensure that the company;

Continues to trade mindful of its obligations to a wider group of stakeholders

Obtains support to design a refinancing/restructuring plan and gain agreement to it

Implements an agreement or delivers a transaction

Drives a value maximisation and potential new investor, lender, stock market, rehabilitation strategy
